Fixed the Cam dowel.

...but I'm takin a break right now. I ended up using a spring pin of the same diameter. After dremmeling it to the right lenght it seems to be working like a charm. I'm working on resetting the timing belt right now. Shouldn't be too long before I can test fire it.
